Delicious syrups from Runamok definitely add some definition & flavor to the already spicy meads of ROAE & SOTM. I highly enjoyed adding the smoked chili syrup to the Smoke mead for more spice. And you can add the ginger syrup to add some sweetness to the ROAE, basically making your own version of the 2021 ROAE batch. Also, highly recommend the chili syrup on fried chicken & waffles for a new experience. Or you can add the ginger syrup to any liquor for a “mule” drink. I really hope G&H can keep a stockpile of Runamok in the online store. Highly recommend.
